HI FREQUENCY Collective was created to shift that.

Launching in Adelaide, your new wellbeing collective is centred around presence, movement and real-world connection. The Third Space is the first gathering - an invitation to step away from the algorithm and back into the room.

Inside the space, phones are set aside and conversations take centre stage. The morning is designed to encourage open dialogue, fresh perspectives and meaningful interactions with others who are choosing presence over the feed.

Guests will arrive to smoothies, a thoughtfully curated environment, and a few surprises along the way.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, the intention is simple... create space for genuine connection and new conversations.
